About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join our client's prestigious law firm in London. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court proceedings, and negotiating settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle various litigation cases, including debt recovery, breach of contract disputes, landlord and tenant evictions, civil disputes, parking/travel fines, driving offences, business disputes, commercial litigation, and other court matters.
  • Draft legal documents, file claims with the courts, and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Keep clients informed and satisfied with the progress and outcomes of their cases.
  • Ensure client files comply with the firm's policies and adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation.
  • Strong litigation skills and a proven track record in handling complex cases.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to professional ethics and legal standards.
