About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer to join our team at Priority Appointments. As a Junior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and monitoring technical customer designs, working closely with the manufacturing team, and learning and understanding products, processes, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and monitor technical customer designs using Revitt, AutoCAD, and internal design software
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure design briefs and projects are completed to the highest standard
  • Take incoming quotes and enquiries from customers and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Learn and understand products, processes, and production to provide expert advice and support to clients
  • Contribute to the development of new designs and processes to improve efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of design principles and software (Revitt, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
