Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, 1 in 2 Saturday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm

Salary: £25,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to join our team at Move Residential. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for processing and progressing lettings applications, registering keys, and assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and progress lettings applications efficiently and effectively
  • Register keys in and out of the office, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Draw up tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the compliance manager and property managers, including data entry and photocopying
  • Book property visits and coordinate with customers via phone and email
  • Input data into Excel spreadsheets and CRM systems with high accuracy
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
  • Well-presented, articulate, and numeric, with a good telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure, with a diplomatic approach
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
