As a Class 2 Driver with HSS Hire Group, you'll play a vital role in our delivery and collection service, ensuring that our customers receive their equipment on time and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Use our smart phone app to accurately record deliveries and collections, and perform daily and weekly vehicle checks.
- Drive our company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Represent HSS Hire Group and its values, and assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- A valid Category C (Class 2) driving license.
- A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of safe loading and transporting of hazardous goods.
- Demonstrate compliance with manual handling regulations.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00, with alternating Saturdays from 07:00 to 12:00.
