Pure are currently partnering with an international charity who require a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Cambridge.

Job Overview

This role reports into the Financial Planning Manager and will focus on supporting one of the key business units, Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of global and regional management accounts
  • Provide timely financial information to project managers with budget responsibility
  • Work with project teams to identify financial risk mitigation actions
  • Assist with UK audit process and statutory accounts preparation
  • Support international office audits
  • Enhance financial understanding among staff members with budget responsibilities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be part or fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA. Proven business partnering experience within a commercial or charitable environment is necessary. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Alongside a competitive salary of approximately £60,000, this organisation provides an excellent benefits package including a 12% employer pension contribution, a 35 hour working week, and flexibility on start and finish times.
