Homecare Professional

We are seeking a compassionate Homecare Professional to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves supporting clients in their own homes, providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing individualized care and support to clients
• Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting clients with medication management and other health-related tasks
• Performing practical tasks like shopping and household chores

Requirements:

• No prior social care experience is necessary
• Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Willing to learn new skills and develop knowledge
• Resilient and able to adapt to changing situations
