At Errington Legal, we are seeking a Senior Associate Business Development Lead to join our highly esteemed team within a Legal 500 firm, located in Cambridge with hybrid working options.

This role has been created due to growth in our private client practice area, and is one in which you will play a central role in further developing our firm's offering, with the ability to grow the team around you, acting as a mentor to more junior fee earners and providing training to the team and the wider firm.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in advising high net worth individuals and land owners, and will have the ability to take on a caseload of broad ranging private client work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them with the aim of securing new clients and generating new revenue streams.
  4. Working closely with our senior management team to develop and implement our firm's business strategy.
