Overview

Litron Lasers Ltd is a well-established company that specializes in the development and manufacturing of laser systems for various scientific and industrial applications worldwide.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Electronics Engineer to support our R&D and Manufacturing departments.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying, implementing, and testing design updates to PCBs, wire harnesses, mains circuits, and other electrical items for new and existing laser systems.

They will also liaise with various teams to understand current electronics issues and help find solutions, develop EMC testing procedures, and design new electrical items as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Broad knowledge of hardware (analogue and digital) electronic engineering with minimum 7 years' experience
  • Experience with fault-finding in complex electronic systems
  • Use of ECAD software for schematic capture, PCB layout, wiring diagram generation
  • Good written and oral English
