The Role

We're seeking a natural leader who can drive the performance of our restaurant, foster a positive team culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Prezzo Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team engagement
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest leaves happy and wanting to return
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations and services
