Electrical Wireman Opportunity
At Serve Talent, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Wireman to join our client in Norwich, working on innovative and high-priority defence projects. This role is integral to delivering critical projects that support the UK's defence capability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, wire, and test electrical systems and equipment according to detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all wiring and assembly meet high-quality standards, including MoD and industry regulations.
• Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting during testing phases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Electrical Wireman or in a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret and work from complex electrical and technical diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
• Must be a British citizen due to the security requirements of the projects.
• Previous experience working on defence-related or security-cleared projects is desirable.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 07:45 to 16:30
Friday: 07:45 to 12:15

About the Role:
