About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children aged 4-11 with mild to severe learning difficulties. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a high-quality learning experience for students and ensure their safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

* Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
* Practical approach to meet the individual needs of students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Caring, compassionate, and a good listener
* Willingness to work 1:1 and in small groups with students
