Resident Care Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Resident Care Supervisor to join our team at Bickerton House in Bracknell. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our residents.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Case managing residents and liaison with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create effective care plans
  • Administering and recording medication, as well as conducting risk assessments
  • Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting their independence and well-being

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including IT literacy
  • A proven ability to lead and supervise others, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures
