We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at Care First Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for identifying quality placements and accommodation for looked after children, care leavers, and other young people in need of support and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with social workers, foster carers, and other professionals in the field
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients
- Identify and assess potential placement options for vulnerable youth
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster carers and other professionals working with vulnerable populations
Requirements:
- Background in social work or a related field
- Experience working with vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
