Depot Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Depot Supervisor to join our team at The People Pod. As a Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a small but busy branch, supervising 4 fitting teams and 1 surveyor, and completing surveys when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of fitters and surveyors to achieve deadlines and targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and performance standards are met.
  • Manage branch workloads and prioritize tasks to achieve required branch and company targets.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure high-quality work is delivered.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of the double-glazing industry.
  • Experience of supervising teams and achieving deadlines.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and focus on customer service and performance.
