Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join our team in the Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance learning outcomes and improve the quality of care for our service users.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-quality training interventions to meet the needs of our teams
• Create an inclusive learning environment that fosters engagement and participation
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective learning strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:
• Recognised training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent)
• Experience in designing and delivering learning interventions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
