Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Regulatory professional to join our team at Willow Resourcing. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, ensuring the effective oversight of customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-led approach to monitoring and assurance activities, identifying key data insights to inform regulatory compliance.
  • Execute reviews and provide expert advice on review scoping, testing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong understanding of investment products, including pensions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory environments, including CASS rules, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Compliance Monitoring within an investment management business.
