We are recruiting an Apprentice Team Lead to ensure smooth operations in a healthcare setting on a full-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.
As a key member of our team, you will maintain a high standard of quality work, ensuring the highest level of customer care.
Key responsibilities include:
• Being polite, professional and friendly with customers, clients and colleagues
• Maximising sales opportunities through selling techniques
• Acquiring a good knowledge of all products to advise customers
• Gaining customer feedback and passing information to your line manager
• Maintaining a professional image
