Job Description
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with the organisation's overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance organisational performance.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Support business needs through the development and management of talent, identifying and addressing skills gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, providing insights that inform business decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
