KinTec Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Oil and Gas EPC Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) specialist role within our organization. As an Oil and Gas EPC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring that EPC projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Developing and implementing EPC project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate EPC project risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor EPC project progress and provide feedback to project teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance EPC project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in EPC project delivery, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPC project processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
