About the Role:

The Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our team at a Secondary School in Burgess Hill. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students through engaging lessons and fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of the English Curriculum
• Relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Desirable)
• Experience delivering the UK national curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage students of varying abilities

What We Offer:

The successful candidate will be paid to Scale – £120 to £250 per day. This is a full-time, long-term contract, providing a stable and rewarding teaching environment.
