About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Private Client department, where you will have the opportunity to work with a busy team of experienced staff, building and running your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection cases.
  • Provide expert advice on tax and trust matters to high net worth individuals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Manage files and work to agreed deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and value for money.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years PQE in a Private Client department.
  • Experience in wills, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection cases.
  • Strong knowledge of tax and trust matters.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  • STEP qualification (desirable).
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
