About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Health Case Management Limited. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to our team and supporting the delivery of health surveillance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Occupational Health expertise across all clinical service channels
  • Supervise technicians delivering customer health surveillance programs
  • Ensure all relevant clinical scrutiny and auditing is conducted
  • Report back trends from auditing and plans to reduce risks

Requirements

  • NMC Level one registration
  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and relevant legislation

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years nursing experience
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates excellent understanding of occupational health and keeps qualifications current
  • Able to gather and understand business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques and links this back to subject discipline
  • Previous experience within Occupational Health and Case Management and able to deliver in all service channels with sound understanding of operational integration
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
