Maintenance Role Overview

Stirling Warrington is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £58,305 per annum, along with a range of benefits including permanent health insurance, employer pension contribution, and profit sharing scheme.

Job Description:

  • Maintaining and repairing complex machinery
  • Troubleshooting issues and performing routine maintenance tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks on plant and equipment
  • Repairing and replacing faulty parts as necessary
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Working Hours:

We operate a 3-shift system, with shifts running from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, Monday to Friday. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work variable hours, including night shifts and weekends.
