Quantity Surveyor for Cladding and Facades Systems
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Quantity Surveyor for Cladding and Facades Systems, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of cladding and facades projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of cladding and facades projects, including budgeting and cost control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cladding and facades systems, including natural stone cladding, brickslip, and rainscreen systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
