Job Summary

As a Functional Specialist at Donard Recruitment, you will play a vital role in providing assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a safe and empathetic service for claimants. This position offers the opportunity to utilize clinical knowledge and skills to deliver a high-quality service.

  • About the Job
  • Manage caseloads from end to end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments and reports.
  • Provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).
  • Deliver a personalised, inclusive, safe and empathetic service for claimants.
  • Work in a hybrid working role with Full time and Part time roles available.

What We Can Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500.
  • A 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus.
  • An OTE of £45,650.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week).
