As a Cash Collection Specialist with Radius Payment Solutions Limited, you'll play a vital role in managing the end-to-end collections process. This will involve working directly with colleagues across the telematics business to address customer queries related to invoicing and payments, achieving cash collections targets, and overseeing the accounts receivable ledger.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting monthly cash collection targets by ensuring timely payment adherence to the collection cycle.
  • Issuing account statements, copy invoices, and credit notes as required.
  • Reconciling payments to ensure accurate allocation.
  • Preparing credit and refund requests for approval.
  • Facilitating Direct Debit and recurring payment setup.
  • Efficiently handling terminations for non-payment in line with the collections cycle (from notice to execution).
  • Compiling detailed ledgers for review with the Credit Manager.
  • Identifying risks and issues impacting collection from daily activities and collaborating with the Credit Manager on policy, process, or procedural changes to mitigate risk and drive improvement.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to support customer retention and financial targets within your role.
