A highly skilled Field Service Engineer is required to support the growth of our customer base in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless technical support and maintaining computer networks at all levels, both on-site and at company headquarters.

Job Description

This challenging role involves:

  • Maintaining and optimizing computer networks to ensure high uptime and efficient performance.
  • Providing specialist technical assistance to team members and customers, with a focus on meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Microsoft Server, Windows, Exchange Server, Terminal Services, and Virtualisation, as well as relevant qualifications such as MCSE 2012.

We are looking for an expert who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Key skills include hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
