We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a lovely Nursery in Lewisham. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and experience working in a day nursery.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, and the nursery is open to the room you can work in, based on your skills and strengths. The management team is very supportive and encourages personal development and movement into more senior roles, which is an option at this nursery down the line.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
  2. Care for children with a genuine passion for working with them.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Level 3 in Childcare.
  2. 6 months experience working with children as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse in a Nursery.
  3. A valid, Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new certificate.
  4. An understanding of the importance of safeguarding in an environment with children.
