We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic First-Class STEM Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves as a Subject mentor in Kingston-upon-Thames.

About the Role

As a First-Class STEM Graduate, you will be supporting gifted GCSE and A-Level students with their learning, leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement. You will have the opportunity to earn £540 per week and secure a year-long work placement with teacher training an option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with their essay writing, comprehension skills, and assist in their exams
  • Lead 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement
  • Teach GCSE and A-Level students
Requirements
  • First-Class Science, Maths, or Engineering Degree or a degree from a Top 20 University
  • Passionate about mentoring students from deprived areas
  • Can be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities
  • Good work ethic and subject knowledge
  • Wants to become a qualified teacher
