Senior Business Intelligence Platform Administrator

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Platform Administrator to join our team at TCM Partners. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our business intelligence platforms, ensuring they are available to the business in line with agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain large-scale business-wide SAS and/or Power BI platforms in on-premise and cloud environments
- Tune, optimize, and automate BI and reporting processes to ensure optimal performance and platform stability
- Design and execute controls on the BI platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability of timely and accurate information in reports for management decision-making purposes
- Proactively monitor the health and performance of BI platforms, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging in root cause analysis and incident management
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate BI tools with other systems and platforms
- Extensive hands-on platform administration experience of large-scale business-wide SAS and/or Power BI platforms (00's of users)
- Experience of tuning, optimizing, and automating BI and reporting processes
- Excellent PowerBI and SAS skills (SQL & ThoughtSpot advantageous)
- Able to follow, deliver changes to improve, standards and designs, ensuring their own work, and work of others, is of high quality
