Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Schools

We are seeking Graduate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join secondary schools in Tadley, providing an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Support students with varying abilities, ensuring their engagement and success
  • Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to help students reach their potential

  • Collaborate with teachers to provide targeted interventions and assist in the smooth running of lessons
