Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sexual Health Co-ordinator to join our team at the LGBT Foundation in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of co-ordinating health or community-focused programmes to make a real difference in people's lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of sexual health services across Coventry and Warwickshire. This will involve developing innovative workshops, training sessions, testing and interactive activities, whilst working with partners and colleagues to promote sexual health, healthy relationships, and community empowerment.

You will also play a key role in crafting and implementing the LGBT Foundation's health community asset mapping strategy for Coventry and Warwickshire. This will involve creating meaningful activities that help individuals and their communities determine, mobilise and develop their assets.

  • Recruit, train, and support individuals to become community assets
  • Represent LGBT Foundation's Sexual Health team at LGBTQ+ partnership and sexual health meetings
  • Collect and analyse data using Salesforce to highlight needs and identify trends
  • Produce high-quality reports for funders and management
  • Create inclusive, reflective content that represents all LGBTQ+ communities
