Anord Mardix, a global leader in critical power solutions, seeks an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our UK electrical design team.

As an Electrical Design Manager at Flextronics - The Flex Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of electrical drawings and associated Bill of Materials (BOM's) for all Anord Mardix products. You will ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regional regulations, manage resource allocation to align with planning management functions and project timelines, maintain Electrical Design CAD Blocks and libraries, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Electrical Design / Electrical Engineering role, with strong leadership and team management skills. They should have AutoCAD experience essential and AutoCAD Electrical experience or similar (E-plan / Promis-e experience) advantageous. Knowledge of LV Distribution systems, PLC, Interlocking, small power & lighting, AC/DC power supplies, earthing systems, etc. is also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including enhanced annual leave, attendance bonus, employee recognition scheme, referral bonus, volunteer days, group life insurance, sick pay scheme, cycle to work scheme, and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.
