Your Role
- Provide exceptional resident care, respecting dignity, assisting with daily living activities, supporting mobility, and offering emotional support.
- Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the care team, while collaborating to create a positive environment.
- Maintain resident well-being by following care plans, contributing to individualized care, keeping accurate records, and utilizing IT systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure continued growth and quality care.
Requirements
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
- Dedicated to providing care with a commitment to resident empowerment.
- A team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- A reliable and flexible individual with strong work ethics.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support for all new hires.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
