  • Preventative maintenance of plant and equipment.
  • Liaising with colleagues for material transportation and compliance.
  • Safety briefings, tool box talks, and competency assessments.
  • Leading role in site SHEQ working group.
  • Performance reviews of operational personnel.
  • Active role in daily site planning, review meetings, and regional processing meetings.
  • Maximising plant availability and material throughputs.
  • Effective management of associated costs.
  • Ensuring sufficient labour for operational shifts.
  • Checking and approval of payroll submissions.
