**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of banking through day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Financial Crime, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and Anti-Money-Laundering processes.
  2. Identify and mitigate potential risks through thorough analysis and risk assessment.
  3. Execute EDD reviews on high-risk customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate EDD processes.
  5. Design and implement efficient controls to prevent breaches and minimize risk.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  7. Participate in initiatives to improve EDD efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Financial Crime, PEPs, and AML processes.
  • Risk awareness and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
