About the Role
We are seeking a confident and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Kewstoke. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
