Job Title: Clinical Neuro Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuro Psychologist to join our team at Renovo Care Group. Our hospital is situated in a beautiful location, offering a unique and supportive work environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of neuropsychology interventions for patients with neurological conditions. This will involve working closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care.

The role will involve providing neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation for patients with neurological disorders, as well as supporting their families and carers. This will include cognitive rehabilitation, psychological therapy to help with emotional adjustment and engagement in rehabilitation, behavioural interventions, teaching and consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the delivery of neuropsychology interventions for patients with neurological conditions
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation for patients with neurological disorders
  • Support families and carers of patients with neurological disorders
  • Develop and implement cognitive rehabilitation programs
  • Provide psychological therapy to help with emotional adjustment and engagement in rehabilitation
  • Develop and implement behavioural interventions
  • Teach and consult with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Post-graduate, doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology
  • Current registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience of working at a clinical psychologist level in neurological rehabilitation settings
  • Experience of applying clinical psychology assessment, intervention and outcome measures with patients with neurological conditions
