Talent Development Specialist

About the Role

As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our company-wide induction programme and supporting colleagues to achieve their regulatory induction framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and innovative training packages to help our teams achieve their full potential.
  • Support the growth of our internal and external networking communities to ensure best practice guidelines are always followed.
  • Ensure continuous personal development, including mandatory updates and certification of qualifications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent training delivery skills and knowledge of adult social care/learning disability regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to give effective feedback and coaching to colleagues.

  • A competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum (including a £5,000 car allowance) depending on experience.
