Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT-literate individual to join our team at Just IT as an IT Apprentice/Trainee Technician. The ideal candidate will be based in London and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries raised face-to-face, via email, or over the phone, accurately identifying the urgency, impact, and priority of a call, and troubleshooting as far as possible.
  2. Be willing to work in the office and remotely as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify hardware and software issues, aiming to find solutions where possible, and escalating issues to third-line support, vendors, or other teams when necessary.
  4. Monitor backup jobs to ensure any issues are raised to the server team, and liaise with onsite staff in other offices as required.
  5. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, utilizing Microsoft Office and other tools as necessary.
  6. Regularly use Windows 10 and above, and have a basic understanding of networking concepts.
