Job Title: Hardware Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hardware Product Sales Specialist to join our Trading team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling hardware products to channel customers, including MSPs, SI, and Resellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel customers to drive sales growth and margin expansion.
  • Utilize various sales channels, including phone, email, messaging, and social media platforms, to engage with customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehousing, finance, engineering, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT or hardware industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
