We are seeking a skilled FMCG Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns in process equipment and packaging machinery.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical engineering background and hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of manufacturing plant equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts.
- A competitive salary of £41,000 + training + progression + shift-based pay + company benefits.
