French Speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Language Matters is seeking a highly skilled French speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team in central London. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanent position.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our multilingual team, you will be the first point of contact for all client queries, responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner while utilizing your French language skills.
  • You will maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in dealing with a high volume of outbound orders from wholesale clients in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen interest in fashion and speak fluent French and English, this could be the next step in your career.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid experience providing wholesale customer support services in a product support and/or order dispatch environment.
  • Experience working in an online customer support, customer service, sales administration, client support or order fulfillment role.
  • Previous experience dealing with wholesale clients and B2B customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs, particularly Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot tables, is desirable.
