We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Nurse to join our team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating theatre environment.

• Assess and manage patients pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register
• Experience in a surgical or perioperative setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
