Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in cultivating and managing strategic accounts within the industrials and transport verticals. This role is instrumental in driving our growth and reinforcing our commitment to cybersecurity excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive target account strategy to win new strategic clients within the industrials and transport verticals, aligning with NCC's business goals and objectives.
  • Win new clients then build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and consultant on cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging threats within the industrials and transport sectors to position our company as a leader in industrial cybersecurity.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and NCC Group, while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, marketing, and delivery teams, to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development and account management within the Cybersecurity or Technology industry.
  • Strong understanding or desire to learn about CNI sectors and cybersecurity challenges within these industries.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
