Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Orion Electrotech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality machinery and equipment for our clients in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate and maintain their equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the industrial equipment sector
  • Strong understanding of PLC and PC-based control hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently
