Breezemount Services - 7.5T Vehicle Operator Role
  • Position Type: Full-time, permanent role for a 7.5T vehicle operator
  • Compensation: £13.30 per hour, equating to £27,664 annually
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled over 4 days from a 7-day rolling rota
  • Shift Details: Includes weekends and bank holidays, with a schedule of 3 weekends off in every 7

Requirements:

  • A valid category C1 driving licence allowing operation in the UK (no more than 5 penalty points)
  • Current CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Physical capability to handle heavy lifting tasks
  • Completion of a satisfactory Basic Disclosure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving to various customer locations to deliver home furnishings within the designated region
  • Collaborating with a driver's mate for efficient operations
  • Loading, unloading, and delivering items to specified rooms within customers' homes
  • Managing daily deliveries, which may range from 15 to 27 drops, with opportunities for overtime
