About the Role:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young adults navigating independent living
  • Assist with budgeting, education, and employment goals
  • Help young people integrate into local communities and learn essential life skills
  • Manage challenging situations and provide professional support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare or social care sectors
  • Driver and vehicle owner essential
