Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of contentious probate, trusts, and inheritance disputes
- Leading business development efforts and building client relationships
- Supporting colleagues during bottlenecks or absences
- Providing litigation support across a range of Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters
- Maintaining high financial and quality standards
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in contentious probate matters, proven success in business development and winning new clients, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, a proactive driven attitude with the ability to manage complex litigation, experience with court appearances in the County Court, Court of Protection, and High Court, and existing ACTAPS membership or willingness to study for it.
