Job Overview

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our clients' MRO project under the P&C Digital Transformation Programme. The ideal candidate will have a background in Transformation and Automation, with experience in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to deliver the MRO project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement a project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Transformation and Automation, with a strong background in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the client's business needs and objectives.
